Let’s say last year was your first year as a customer with us and you got our Sand & Stain restoration and staining services. To keep your deck looking amazing all year / every year, you purchased the $600 prepaid VIP Membership insurance.
This year you’re ready for your maintenance services which might be $900 for a Scrub & Stain (scrub wash and stain coat re-application.)
We will credit your $600 VIP Membership you prepaid last year towards this maintenance, so you’ll only owe $300.

VIP Membership Terms & Conditions
VIP Memberships are a standalone insurance product that acts as a credit towards future maintenance
VIP Membership payments are not refundable and are not considered a deposit towards future work
There will be no refunds for cancellations for refusing maintenance work, future restorations due to maintenance postponement or negligence, etc.
If you cancel your membership, there is no breakup fee, but you will lose your maintenance credit if payments are stopped or paused
