VIP Memberships Note
Our VIP Memberships are a peace-of-mind insurance product and are not considered a deposit or down payment towards future work. Therefore, there will be no refunds for cancellations for refusing maintenance work, needing future restorations due to maintenance postponement or negligence, etc. If you cancel your VIP Membership, there is no breakup fee, but you will lose your maintenance credit if payments are stopped or paused, as well as all your VIP Membership benefits listed above.
